The spring season will run from February 10th to May 13th.  

All practices will be held at the Rowing and Sailing Center, located at 137 Squire Pope Ave on HHI.

 Middle School/Development Team

Practices will be held Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 4:30-7:00 (until the time change, and then we end at dark).  The middle school/development  team will not travel to our fall regattas.   The primary focus will be on learning the rowing stroke, general conditioning, and having fun!  Practices will be a combination of on the water rowing and land instruction/training.  New rowers are welcome at any time during the spring season.

Cost: $375.00.  Make checks payable to:  Hilton Head Island Crew

Varsity Travel Team

Practices will be held Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 4:30-7:30 and Saturdays 8:30-11:30

Cost: $650.00 per rower.   10% discount applies to families with more than one rower

Our tentative regatta schedule for this season:

March 16th - TBD

April 20th - North Carolina Rowing Center.  

April 27-28 - Dogwood Regatta.  Oak Ridge TN

May 11-12 - Southeast Regional Championships.  Sarasota FL

Regatta fees:  There is a fee for each regatta, which is TBD, and is paid before each regatta.  This pays for regatta entry fees, coach's rooms and gas to pull the boats.  

Uniforms:

Each rower needs a uniform for the regattas.  We have some uniforms in back stock that are available for purchase, but if we don't have your rower's size then they will need to be ordered.   

Swag: There will be some T-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants available for sale at the beginning of the season at the boathouse.

Paperwork: Paperwork will be handed out at practice the week of 2/10.
